Custom Design Process
Custom or bespoke jewellery is a personalised piece created just for you, from the design concept to the finishing touches. You choose the metals, gemstones, and style to bring your unique vision to life.
Simply book a consultation with our design team. We’ll chat about your inspirations, preferences, budget, and ideas. From there, we guide you through each step—concept, sketch, material selection, and final creation.
Absolutely. We’re happy to incorporate any gemstones or diamonds you already have into your new design.
Yes, we provide concept visuals using hand sketches or 3D renderings for your approval before production begins.
We offer a wide range of precious metals including 9K, 18K (yellow, white, and rose gold), platinum, sterling silver, and a selection of gemstones such as diamonds, sapphires, rubies, and emeralds.
Minor tweaks may be possible depending on the stage of production. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible during the design phase so we can align perfectly with your vision from the start.

Production Timeline
On average, we take 4 -6 weeks after finalising the design; however, depending on the complexity of the design and workmanship, it may take longer.
Yes, depending on our current schedule and the complexity of the design. Additional fees may apply. Let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Pricing, Payment & Services
Yes, we can provide a ballpark estimate based on your initial ideas. Final pricing is confirmed once the design and materials are locked in.
Never. We believe in transparent pricing. All costs—including design, materials, and labor—are clearly explained before we begin production.
Yes, if you are looking for a design, we do provide design at a fee. The cost will be based on the complexity and time required for the design. This will be an upfront cost before we get started.
Yes , when the estimates have been given before the work start we collect 50% deposit to confirm the order and the balance is paid upon ready for delivery.
Yes we do ! Our warranty depends on the type of material and jewellery used. Usually we provide 3-year warranty for cleaning and polishing. Abnormal damage to the jewellery is not under warranty.
Care & Repair Services
Yes, we do! We recommend bringing your pieces in once a year for a quick check-up and professional clean to keep them in top condition.
Most rings can be resized, depending on the design. If you think your size might change, let us know during the design process so we can accommodate future resizing.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we offer secure, insured shipping locally and internationally on special request may incur with additional fees. Delivery timelines will be shared during the consultation phase. For international shipping, you also may incur custom tax depending on the country we shipped to, please ensure you get this information.
Definitely. Once your piece is ready and shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number and delivery estimate.
