Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Unicorn Diamond International. By accessing or using our website, engaging with our consultation services, or purchasing from our sales gallery, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). "We", "our", and "us" refers to Ethereal Creation Sdn Bhd (1333654-W). Please read carefully before using our services:

1. General

  1. These Terms govern all use of Unicorn Diamond International’s website, services, and products.

  2. By accessing our website, registering for membership, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws in Malaysia.

  3. Unicorn Diamond International reserves the right to update, amend, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.


2. Use of Website & Services

  1. You agree to use our website and services solely for lawful purposes.

  2. You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt our website, servers, or networks.

  3. We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


3. Consultations

  1. Consultations are conducted to design and propose customised jewellery based on your preferences and stories. Designs, once confirmed, are considered final.


4. Products & Custom Orders

  1. All products, including custom-designed jewellery, are subject to availability and confirmation.

  2. For custom jewellery, a deposit (as advised by our consultant) is required before production begins. Deposits are strictly non-refundable once design and production have been confirmed.

  3. While we strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and specifications, actual products may vary slightly due to gemstone uniqueness and craftsmanship.

  4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


5. Payments

  1. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

  2. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.

  3. All prices displayed are in MYR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as stated on the invoice).


6. Delivery & Collection

  1. Delivery timelines for custom jewellery will be advised during the consultation process.

  2. We take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery, but are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Customers may also collect their jewellery at our sales gallery.


7. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

  1. Due to the bespoke nature of our custom jewellery, returns and refunds are generally not permitted once an order has been confirmed.

  2. In cases of manufacturing defects, Unicorn Diamond International will provide repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.

  3. Standard products (non-customised) may be eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days, subject to inspection and company approval.


8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Unicorn Diamond International website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is owned or licensed by us and protected under intellectual property laws.

  2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

  1. Unicorn Diamond International will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

  2. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content provided.


10. Third-Party Services

  1. Unicorn Diamond International may use third-party service providers for payment processing, delivery, and marketing.

  2. While we ensure such providers are reputable, we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or policies.


11. Privacy

  1. Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

  2. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.


12. Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  2. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
